in order to facilitate your return, we indicate the correct procedure to follow.

In order to issue a refund, we must receive the product in its original undamaged packaging, if any.

If you think back to your purchase and return the item within 30 days of delivery, the seller will refund the price paid for the purchase of the product you return, but not the shipping costs you incurred to receive the product. The seller is not required to reimburse the cost of the gift wrap or the costs of other ancillary services, and the costs of returning the product are at your expense.

The product must be intact and must not have been used.

You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
